How does it work?
Looking for a house in Spain yourself is a hopeless task for many.
Because the housing market is completely different from Belgium and the Netherlands, you can sometimes lose sight of the forest for the trees.
There is a huge online supply of real estate , sometimes you do see a property for sale several times by a different estate agent. This is because the seller of the property (owner) is allowed to work with different estate agents and estate agents are allowed to sell houses from each other (in cooperation). However, there are 'cowboys' who are not honest and lie to you. Therefore, it is recommended to work with 1 estate agent (the one you feel most comfortable with) who can look for you, carefully review the offer and select properties that meet your requirements.
Unfortunately, pictures unfortunately do not show all the truths and real estate is always shown from its best side by an estate agent.
You wouldn't be the first person to have found the perfect quiet property online, only to find out during a viewing that it is actually right next to a motorway. These stories rightly put you off. High time for a professional confidant!
What does all this cost? Very easy... 'NADA'! It's completely free: how is such a thing possible? For every sale, the broker receives a percentage of the sale price in the form of a commission. This is paid by the seller.
So that means buying a house with Dacasas costs you nothing!
So how does such a thing work? I am happy to explain it to you step by step.
Step 1: Introduction
Your first task in this adventure is simple: sit back in your seat and contact me.
During our conversation, this can ; in person, via a phone call or online, you explain to me as best you can what exactly you are looking for.
During our conversation, I can get a good sense of what you are looking for and sound out where we can make any compromises.
Step 2: I go looking for you
With your criteria in my pocket, I will start looking for your dream home. Being active in the region, I have a lot of connections, which is a dream scenario for you.
I will make a selection completely tailored to your needs. This is how I take the most stressful parts of the search from you.
Once I have selected the 'promising' properties, I will send them to you and you can see for yourself which properties appeal to you most and you would like to visit.
Have you found any contenders of your own? Then don't hesitate to send it to me. I will contact the broker.
About a week before you travel to Spain, I will contact you again and send you a detailed schedule with the houses we will visit.
Step 3 : viewings
With a clear planning and all necessary information about your favourite homes, you are all set to go and view the contenders, always together with Dacasas.
We will make it a fun day and visit all the properties with a chance together.

Have you tied the knot and it's time to get to your 'sueño español' start?
