While there are still a lot of properties being sold, we are seeing that <strong>buyers critical<\/strong> and are increasingly reliant on financing to realise their purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For sellers, this means one thing: <strong>a correct asking price<\/strong> is more important than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many owners look at the asking prices of properties currently for sale and base their own price on that. This seems logical, but it often provides a distorted view of the market. The actual value of a property isn't determined by what sellers are asking, but by what buyers are actually willing to pay.
