Our story

We sold our business and our house in Belgium and left with our two children to Spain. In search of our own dream home, we discovered how rare good service is. So we started Dacasas.

Who we are

From a dream to a real estate agency

We were young and had always dreamed of living in a country with a wonderful climate. Doubt, the unknown, a thousand questions: we knew them all. But why wait? One day we made the decision and took the step towards what is truly life for us.

During our own search, we noticed that many real estate agents paid little attention and even less explanation. With our knowledge of real estate and our business partners in Spain, the next step was quick: opening our own office, with the service we ourselves would have liked to receive.

This is how we work

Three things you can expect from us

In Dutch

From the first viewing to the notary, we explain everything in Dutch. That way you always know what you are signing.

Searching as if it were for us

We listen to what you really want and select properties with the same passion as for our own home.

A reliable network

We work with independent lawyers, notaries and specialists so that your purchase is legally arranged.

We want to help you in your search for your dream home, with the same passion as if it were for us.
The Dacasas team

Do you want to sell your property in Spain? We are happy to help you with that as well. Since we are still active in Belgium and advertise in Belgium, the Netherlands and France, we reach exactly the buyers looking for a property on the Costa Blanca.
